These are the stories that often go overlooked, shedding light on the complexities of mental health in our community. This Black History Month, we're launching Untold Stories, a powerful project that honours the mental health experiences of our older Black community. Too often, these stories remain untold, and the struggles around mental health and identity are left unheard. Inspired by this year's Black History Month theme of 'Reclaiming Narratives' we're holding space for the voices of our elders, inviting them to share their mental health journeys and reflect on how culture, age, and environment shaped their experiences.
