Rolando, a Trenchless Mechanic with more than 30 years of experience, has become one of our “go-to's” when it comes to repairing and maintaining construction equipment. But what Rolando's most proud of isn't a specific project or trade – it's his family. With his wife by his side, he's raised four amazing children. Now, that's an accomplishment worth celebrating! When Rolando's not working his magic on our equipment, you can probably find him in his garage, tinkering away on some machining project or enjoying some quality time outdoors – fishing or hunting are his favorite ways to unwind. We're thankful for the expertise and guidance Rolando brings to our BOND Civil & Utility team!

Meet Carlos Sousa, the next feature of our @CraftedByBOND series! Currently located in New Bedford, Massachusetts, Carlos has 25 years of construction experience under his belt, spending the last 11 years with the BOND Civil & Utility team. Safety and quality are his top priorities, ensuring a secure work environment and exceptional results for our clients. What does Carlos enjoy the most? Working alongside our team members! He thrives on guiding individuals to become foremen, witnessing their growth, and celebrating the well-deserved retirements of his colleagues. Outside of work, Carlos loves catching live local bands. But his greatest accomplishment is raising his two daughters with his wife, watching them blossom into strong, intelligent women. Thank you, Carlos, for being such a dedicated BOND Civil & Utility family member!

Introducing Assistant Superintendent Kyle Molnar for our next #CraftedByBOND spotlight! The New England native from Portland, Connecticut, brings ten years of experience as a construction and survey expert, spending the last six years of his career at BOND! Kyle thrives on the fulfillment of managing a successful project, overseeing every detail from inception to execution. He keeps things fresh by tackling projects with meticulous planning, ensuring everything runs smoothly. When Kyle isn't on a job site, you might find him hitting the greens for a round of golf, carving some turns on the slopes, or strategizing his next move during a chess match. We're so lucky to have you, Kyle! Thank you for all you do for the BOND team.  

Entering the spotlight in our #CraftedByBOND series is Dave Ellis! Dave is a Resource Manager and Superintendent from Port Jefferson, New York. With over 22 years of industry experience, he excels in overseeing gas distribution crews and supports other project teams by managing equipment, manpower, and daily operations. The supportive leadership and flexibility of BOND Civil & Utility are two things that Dave values.  Outside of work, his favorite place to be is with his two beautiful children. Thank you, Dave, for your dedication to our team, we’re so glad to have you as a part of our BOND family!

Up next in our #CraftedByBOND series, we’re shining a light on Robbie Smith! Robbie, a seasoned HDD Driller and Foreman, brings 27 years of experience to the BOND team. Hailing from Ada, Oklahoma, Robbie thrives on the challenge of steering the drill steel with tooling across the bore path, ensuring each project goes according to plan. For Robbie, it's all about new opportunities. He enjoys the ever-changing nature of his work, with each project bringing its own set of challenges and learnings. When Robbie's not navigating the drill on a job site, you might find him grilling up a perfect steak dinner or reminiscing about his favorite trip down under to Australia. Whether it's fishing or hunting, Robbie enjoys spending his downtime outdoors. Robbie, thanks for always going the extra mile! You're a great asset to the BOND Civil & Utility team.
