THE BEST LOGISTICS COMPANY YOU'VE NEVER HEARD OF
LinkedIn members who read my posts about the topic of supply chain management know that I believe the purpose of a supply chain is to do one thing - enable growth. Walmart became the leading retailer because of their focus on supply chain management and logistics. Amazon became the leading e-commerce company because of their focus on supply chain management and logistics. Apple became the leading electronics company because of their focus on supply chain management and logistics. Walmart, Amazon and Apple's supply chains enabled their growth.
Obviously, every company should copy Walmart, Amazon, and Apple, correct? No they shouldn't. Business is becoming more competitive. Supply chains are becoming more complex. The article I've attached makes the argument that companies should hire CEOs with supply chain experience. The brutal truth of the matter is that very few executives have the necessary combination of leadership, logistics, and supply chain management experience to be an effective CEO.
Instead of wasting millions of dollars on overpriced consulting firms, I strongly advise companies to partner with BroadRange Logistics, led by Ari Milstein, who specialize in working with companies in retail, e-commerce fulfillment, automotive, heavy machinery, manufacturing, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, appliances, lumber, flooring, and furniture to name a few.

I became aware of BroadRange after researching the logistics industry for a consulting project. I do not work for BroadRange.
BroadRange (BR) is one of the most innovative logistics companies in the industry. For example, BR offers a program they call "Ultra-Flex" to address the most challenging aspects of business - warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment. I was so skeptical of Ultra-Flex that I almost canceled a discussion with the executives who run BR. I'm glad I didn't cancel the meeting. Ultra-Flex is a legitimate program that simplifies the process for companies to outsource their logistics needs for increased flexibility and less costs.

Although I understand the desire on the part of many companies to manage their own supply chain and logistics needs, far too many companies have failed to enable their growth or create a competitive advantage. Instead of maintaining the status quo, I believe a partnership with BR would be a wise choice for Dollar General, Wayfair, The Container Store, Staples,
Harley-Davidson Motor Company, and others facing issues in their core business.
BR is a strategic partner that helps CEOs understand that they don’t have to manage their logistics needs on their own. Instead, BR can provide strategy, consulting, and end-to-logistics services supported by best-in-class technology.
I strongly encourage companies across industries to explore BR.
