Congratulations to BXP’s Christine Yuen who was named one of the San Francisco Business Times Bay Area’s Most Influential Women in Business. Christine received the honors at an award celebration last night, alongside some of the region’s most prominent female figures. Since joining BXP in 2005, Christine has advanced through several key roles and has been instrumental in the success of BXP’s portfolio in San Francisco. With a primary focus on premier workplace leasing, Christine has served as the lead negotiator on numerous significant transactions across various sectors, including life sciences, R&D, and retail. Currently, Christine oversees all leasing activities for BXP's 8 million square foot San Francisco Region portfolio. Congratulations, Christine!

BXP's 140 Kendrick Street in Needham, the first #netzero carbon-neutral office repositioning of its scale in Massachusetts was recently honored at Nareit #REITworks as a 2024 Sustainability Impact Awardee. The Sustainable Design Award recognized architecture and engineering strategies that reduce environmental impact through smart design, new development, or retrofitting. Earlier this summer, we announced seven small businesses will lease space at Embarcadero Center, underscoring our commitment to foster a dynamic environment in downtown San Francisco. The new leases stemmed from our internal “pop-up” program and the city-initiated Vacant to Vibrant program, both designed to provide a lower cost opportunity for local small business owners to develop their concepts. Earlier this week, BXP, Inc. announced that it signed an approximately 378,000 square foot lease renewal and expansion with Bain Capital at 200 Clarendon Street in Boston. 200 Clarendon, located in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay, is New England’s tallest building. The 1.7 million square foot landmark premier workplace tower offers 360-degree views of Boston and the surrounding areas through floor to ceiling windows. Opening in 2025, the 200 Club will be available exclusively to clients within the building.
