CACTN
The Children’s Advocacy Centers of Tennessee (CACTN) is a statewide membership organization dedicated to helping communities, through local child advocacy centers, respond to allegations of child abuse in ways that are effective and efficient – and put the needs of child victims first. CACTN strongly believes that the combined professional wisdom and skill of the multidisciplinary team approach results in a more complete understanding of case issues and the most effective child and family focuse
Locations Across Tennessee
While CACTN is located in Nashville, we support CACs across the state and post positions for all locations. Each center is an individual 501c3 serving a greater purpose of protecting children in Tennessee.
CCJ
Each year we host a conference - Connecting for Children's Justice. CCJ addresses the training needs of multidisciplinary team professionals. The conference builds upon the participants’ experiences and teaches skill sets that can be used to improve and refine the team investigative process. The conference provides a unique opportunity for a diverse group of professionals from across the country to come together and learn how to better serve as advocates for abused children.
