Students who are On-Track at the end of their 9th grade year — earning at least a quarter of the credits needed for graduation and receive no more than one “F” — are as much as four times more likely to graduate from high school than their off-track peers. The Center for High School Success partners with high schools and districts to improve graduation rates through a focus on 9th Grade Success. In addition to drastically improving graduation rates, prioritizing 9th Grade Success improves attendance rates, strengthens student engagement, and lays the foundation for career & college pathways.
