CVRC’s Director of Community Services Aaron Olson and Behavioral Analyst Rocio Dietz stopped by a CART classroom to share about the impactful roles of Registered Behavioral Technicians and Direct Service Professionals. We loved all of their questions and interest in learning about this career field! 🙌

This week, CVRC attended the 2024 California Gathering for Person Centered Practices. Several CVRC staff, along with the Peer-to-Peer HCBS Training Group at The Arc Fresno/Madera Counties, presented at the conference about best practices for HCBS settings and person-centered care. We appreciated this opportunity to learn, share information, and grow with our colleagues. 🙌

We were delighted to collaborate in-person at a meeting CVRC hosted with all of those who serve in an emergency operations role at one of the 21 regional centers. Whether it be an emergency like a local fire, flood, or extreme weather, those in this role actively manage the agency’s response and help with the coordination of support for the individuals we serve. We appreciate their ongoing efforts to help us plan and prepare!
