In January and February, our offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand, alongside our International business, held their first townhalls of the year. Group CEO Carol Fong and Deputy Group CEO Chan Yuen May, together with the respective Country and International CEOs, provided an in-depth review of both overall and country-specific performance for FY24, while outlining the strategic priorities for the year ahead. The townhalls' themes also centred around empowering staff to rise to new challenges, with leadership panel discussions deliberating how the organisation and management can support the development of our next gen leaders.
