Stakeholder Engagement: Actively involving users in the development and continuous improvement of the platform, fostering a sense of ownership and community. 4. Role of Intermediaries: Identifying and incorporating intermediaries who can facilitate interactions between the platform and its users, ensuring smooth communication and support.
