This year’s theme, “Inclusive Innovation: Boosting Performance Through Diverse Teams,” featured a panel of DEI experts who shared insights on creating workplaces where diverse talents thrive!

Charlie Rice-Miñoso kicked off our new Celebrity Reader Series at Minnie Miñoso Academy by reading Pepe and the Parade, a book that talks about Hispanic Heritage Month.

During today's pregame ceremony, we honored those impacted by cancer for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month 🎗️

Gavin Sheets and Dominic Fletcher, in partnership with Starlight Children's Foundation, stopped by Rush University Medical Center to visit pediatric patients and deliver a Nintendo Switch in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month! 💛

In honor of Women's Equality Day, the White Sox hosted a “Women in Sports Panel” about growing the legacy of Title IX & the building momentum of the women’s sports industry. Attendees heard from Kim Ng, as well as current and former CHISOX Athletes Abbey Murphy & Kiki Van Zanten.

With help from White Sox front office staff volunteers and members of Youth Guidance’s Working on Womanhood (WOW), the organization held a pregame event where participants assembled menstruation kits to be distributed to young women from Chicago’s under-resourced neighborhoods. Addressing period poverty and fostering a supportive community that promotes menstrual health and education, the event included remarks from Aunt Flow Founder and CEO Claire Coder.
