Progress continues at 200 Court Street Apartments in Binghamton, NY! The project is well underway, transforming the historic Sheltered Workshop building into 111 affordable apartment units, including a new three-story wood-framed addition. Once completed, this development will provide affordable housing with amenities such as a community room, a courtyard, and a fitness center for future residents to enjoy.

Innovative Field has gone through significant renovations and improvements to the home player’s clubhouse along with a major expansion of the stadium’s kitchen facilities. We're continuing those improvements to Innovative Field with the construction of a new workout facility and batting practice building. The improvements are part of an ongoing multi-year $26 million effort to improve the fan experience and ensure the ballpark meets new requirements set by Major League Baseball.
