100 Speed Tables! This morning, the Division of Streets installed the 100th speed table as part of the city’s traffic calming program launched earlier this summer. The initiative focuses on streets with moderate traffic (1,000-4,000 vehicles/day), documented speeding, and areas with high pedestrian traffic like schools and parks. Studies show that even a 1 mph speed reduction can lower traffic fatalities by 6%. We’re committed to making Cleveland’s streets safer for everyone! Learn More: https://lnkd.in/e8QSxWx9

Last night, Mayor Bibb met with Jimmy and Dee Haslam, who announced their intent to relocate the Browns to Brook Park. This news follows major investments in our downtown, including $60M from the U.S. DOT for lakefront development. It's disappointing to see the team move from this progress despite the city's efforts to keep them here. Read the full statement from Mayor Bibb here: https://lnkd.in/eE2ufupB
