Their tasks included: Hanging up beautiful photos showcasing Pineville and Alexandria. Dusting shelves to keep the library sparkling clean. Moving and straightening books to ensure easy access for all visitors. Thank you to our hardworking interns for their commitment to making a positive impact. Their efforts help create a welcoming and organized space for everyone to enjoy!

Through the Cleco Power Wise™ commercial program, DeSoto Habilitation Services, a nonprofit organization in Mansfield, was able to replace their old, inefficient lighting with new, energy efficient LEDs. As a result of this upgrade, DeSoto Habilitation Services will save over 28,000 kWh annually, allowing the organization to use funds that would have been spent on monthly energy bills on other business needs, such as supplies and equipment.
