💡 Answer: A tiny team of state regulators who have both the power to address methane leaks AND a mandate to care… 💡 Question: What is a Public Utility Commission (PUC)?! YES! 👉 And as concerned members of the public, we don’t need to get toooo deep in the wonky weeds—it’s the commissioners’ jobs to propose the best technical solutions, we just need to contact them and urge them to deliver results.
