Vale Base Metals has a strong presence this week at the Future Minerals Forum (FMF), one of the world’s premier mining conferences, taking place in Riyadh. Yesterday, our Chief Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer, Emily Olson, participated alongside Jay Hambro, Bhagyesh Dash, and Ke Wang in a panel on managing Scope 3 emissions. Emily discussed the importance of integrating circular mining strategies in decarbonizing Scope 3 emissions as well as the need to collaborate closely with supply chain partners.
