The CPDC's Olitsky Family Foundation Career Readiness Program’s first 1:1 Student Employer Connect Event was an outstanding success! This unique networking opportunity provided individual rooms for each student while employers rotated to meet them, creating a comfortable setting for meaningful conversations and connections. Students gained valuable experience presenting their strengths and career goals, while employers shared insights on company culture, job opportunities, and DEAIB initiatives. A huge thank you to Amy Tavares, NCC, LPC, Beth Jameson, Nicole Weaver, and everyone involved for making this such a meaningful experience for all!

💪 Some of the CPDC staff recently participated in a self-defense class hosted by the Carnegie Mellon University Police Department! Building personal safety skills is just as important as career skills, and we’re grateful to CMU PD for an empowering session 💪
