I am delighted to share that Coastline has been recommended for approval from the Department of Education Direct Assessment CBE committee! We are the first community college in the country to receive this approval, and I am so proud of all the work we did over the last three years to make this happen! I’m so excited for the innovative, student-centered program we are going to bring to our community. I have had this sign up in my office for years, it reminds me that when we all work together, we can do hard things. As the lead author of our application, I have been Looking at this sign a lot the last few years! I can’t wait for what’s next!
