The scale and attendance at World of Concrete is truly impressive. If you’re in our industry and haven’t attended yet, it’s something you have to experience. It’s been a good first day seeing clients and catching up with colleagues!

I met with Richard M Burke (CTP) at Locke Solutions yesterday and we caught up on how the management team has been doing since EBS Consulting and Concrete Careers jointly provided leadership training to the Locke Solutions senior team. On that day, we focused on employee engagement best practices, management best practices, and various HR laws and regulations that managers should know. It was a great day spent, and I was happy to hear that the team is continuing to thrive together. If you don’t follow Locke Solutions already, you should definitely check them out and follow along with their continued growth and success. Asher Kazmann, P.E. is really building something special in Texas!
