Richard "Dick" Wood, former District Supervisor for the Cumberland County Soil & Water Conservation District, passed away at his farm in Gray, Maine last month. Dick was a veteran USMC of World War II (Pacific Theater), 50 year 4-H leader, life member of American Legion Post #86, three term Gray Town Council member and dedicated volunteer of multiple federal, state and local committees. We remember and honor his service. May he rest in peace.
