    A quick story…. 📚 I recently spoke with a leader who reached out to learn more about using Denim to support performance of her frontline teams. It was a great discussion full of excitement and opportunity to fill critical gaps in their frontline engagement strategy and focused on how to empower employees to build habits and strengthen their performance day to day. All things we love at Denim. But my favorite moment: the story she shared when I asked how she heard about Denim… ✨ 👖 ✨ During a weekend of home improvement projects, her husband used gift cards to purchase some much needed items at the hardware store. When she asked where the gift cards came from he explained that he earned them through Denim, a program his employer has been using for the last year. ( 👋 ) He hit his goals, unlocked attendance bonuses, was recognized by his peers and manager for his hard work and earned rewards through the program as a result. As a manager of frontline teams - she was intrigued and immediately thought of her own employees. When they got home from the hardware store she looked up Denim and sent a request the same day. She noted a few thing that made her want to reach out: ✅ Her husband shared the clear goals and behaviors he is able to target each day at work and she immediately saw an opportunity to bring this clarity and focus to her own workforce goals. ✅ The culture of recognition and gratitude in the workplace delighted her. Her husband clearly felt his contributions are valued and he is appreciated as a team member. Not only via recognition from his peers, but also the investment from his employer and their engagement with team members through this program, which had her giving his leaders massive kudos (We agree - they're pretty great!) 🌟 Plus - those new ceiling fans, courtesy of his hard-earned Denim gift cards, were going to be a great addition to the house! 😉 I always enjoy talking to frontline leaders about how to engage and empower their teams, but this conversation was a highlight in my week. As a product leader - there’s nothing better than an end-user who is able to succeed using the tools you’ve provided and who shares their appreciation for the product with those around them. Big shout out to team Denim for continuing to deliver these moments of impact to frontline teams and to our customers for prioritizing these moments for their team members 👏 👏 👏
