Strengthening Colorado one leader at a time.

About us

The Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation, an affiliate of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, has been Colorado’s premier leadership organization since 1974, dedicated to empowering and connecting leaders at every stage of their leadership journey. Our mission is to educate and inspire individuals and organizations who seek to make a difference as leaders in their community. From our flagship program, Leadership Denver, celebrating its 50th anniversary, to our affiliate organization, B:CIVIC, marking 10 impactful years of promoting social responsibility among Colorado organizations, we are guided by our Colorado’s Civic DNA™: Inclusivity, Collaboration, Shared vision, Leadership and Responsibility. Through exclusive access, opportunities for impactful community engagement and deep dives into critical local and state issues, the Leadership Foundation nurtures personal and professional growth. This benefits both individuals and the organizations they represent. Together, we drive meaningful change, foster innovation, and strengthen Colorado’s future.
