The Detroit Regional Partnership has raised over $17 million for its Verified Industrial Properties Program (VIP by DRP). VIP by DRP reduces the industrial site readiness timeline by 4-6 months by providing site owners and developers with due diligence reports, drone video, and extensive detailed maps amongst other perks. All industrial site information is available at the click of a button on the VIP by DRP property portal, which functions as a catalog for prospective companies considering moving to the #DetroitRegion.
