Nancy Nankivil, director of organizational well-being at the American Medical Association, says, “we are seeing differences among organizations that have been focused on interventions to drive positive changes in workflow or workload such as improving inbox management or redesigning workflows to optimize team delegation.” We know that fewer clicks and processes really matter to clinicians, and we're looking at ways to make life easier for care managers and medical assistants so they can stop managing data and tools, and focus on patient care. #healthcareinnovation https://lnkd.in/eC-bcUJP
