Our new partnership with Xycle is a huge step toward a circular economy for plastics.  We've invested in the construction of their new Rotterdam facility, where they’ll be transforming hard-to-recycle plastic waste into circular feedstock for new products.  This collaboration won’t just meet growing customer demand for circularity. 𝗪𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗯𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗶𝗷𝘀 𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗷𝗳𝘀𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗲́𝗰𝗵𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗻? Onze collega Ans Verschueren ziet het elke dag bij het Junior Praktijk Programma (JPP). Studenten duiken direct de praktijk in. Ze werken samen met bedrijven, leren van professionals en ontdekken waar hun talenten liggen. Een andere meerwaarde binnen het programma is de nauwe samenwerking tussen de bedrijven. Ans Verschueren: ‘We hebben allemaal dezelfde uitdaging in het aantrekken van vakmensen. Dan moet je ook als bedrijf iets doen en zo’n programma als het JPP is een enorme aanwinst.
