I'm always on the hunt for great hospitality, and I think it all starts with a good cortado and croissant 😉 Did a deep dive on Drift Hotels with Philip Bates (TMC Hospitality) today - find their approach to building experiences, hotels, and brands specifically for what travelers want today to be fascinating.
