This summer's first Co-Lab pop-up was a huge hit! Each week, we captured the excitement in a short, fun mini-video. Let's rewind to week two of Co-Lab. This centrally located space offers young adults the resources they need for mental and physical health, financial wellness, educational goals, and career growth. Designed by students for students, Co-Lab fosters connections among partner organizations and young people across the Twin Cities, helping them build social networks and prepare for their futures. During week two, students engaged with representatives from HIRED!, Bridgemakers, James Cooper, Blaze Credit Union, HealthPartners, Children's Minnesota, Roots Wellness Center and Junior Achievement North. During MEA weekend, ECMC Group employees in Minneapolis, along with their kids, came together to volunteer at Feed My Starving Children. It was so fun to see our team and their families working side by side to make a difference. We're proud of our community and the impact we can have when we come together.

Tuesday night, our team received recognition for becoming a finalist at the NACD DE&I Awards. For several years, NACD has celebrated and recognized forward-thinking boards that leverage the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) to enhance governance, create long-term value for stakeholders, and build innovative and inclusive boardrooms and workplaces. The NACD DE&I Awards Gala has become a cornerstone initiative, sharing boardroom best practices, experiences, and perspectives on the value DE&I offers to companies and governance. We are incredibly proud to be recognized for our efforts in promoting DE&I and look forward to continuing our journey towards creating a more inclusive and equitable future. #NACDAwards #DEI #ECMCGroup #InclusiveLeadership
