How do you know the technology you're building is making a real impact in the world? When the people using it say things like this: ✨"I can't imagine doing sessions without it." ✨"Wow, why didn't we do this sooner?" ✨"You can tell that the company really cares about what they do, and they want to be *great*." Huge thanks to the folks who took the time to help us spread the word about the incredible benefits of #BehavioralHealthAI — and to the organizations that inspire us every day with the incredible work they do. 🙏 Kathie Snell & Kirsten Anderson, Aurora Mental Health & Recovery Lauren Cohn, Meridian Behavioral Health, LLC Dixie Casford, Mental Health Partners Shena Ureste, Texana Center Brandon Ward, PsyD, Jefferson Center for Mental Health #MoreCareLessOps #AugmentedIntelligence #HealthcareInnovation

About us
Eleos is pioneering CareOps Automation. By consolidating the entire behavioral care workflow — everything from progress notes all the way to session intelligence — clinicians are freed from time-consuming operational burdens. Eleos takes care of CareOps, honing in on automating operational necessities, including all documentation, compliance administration as well as providing deep clinical insights through session intelligence. Eleos makes evidence-based behavioral care a reality so clinicians, providers and networks can measurably and comparatively track treatment and progress. Now clinicians put all their focus into care itself. So the care they aim to provide becomes the care they actually deliver. Eleos. More Care. Less Ops.

You know how the story goes. 📜 1️⃣ Provider meets client. 2️⃣ Client shares. 3️⃣ Provider listens — deeply — and develops a plan. 4️⃣ Provider uses #AI to draft better notes. 5️⃣ Provider gets more sleep at night. 6️⃣ Client gets better care. 7️⃣ Repeat steps 4 through 6. But is it #Ethical to utilize AI in #BehavioralHealth?❓❓ What about the dangers? What about privacy? What about, what about...? 😱 We say YES. With the right guardrails, it's actually unethical NOT to use AI. 💥 So, we partnered with Community Services Group - CSG, and their CEO Susan Blue, to tell the not-so-scary side of the #EthicalAI coin, and we think it's a must-read for any behavioral health org considering (or not considering, because 😱) an AI solution. Peep the link in the comments for our full story. 👇

Burnout, burnout, burnout! Is it just us or is burnout acting a little Marcia Brady? 👀 It's time to settle the score. We worked with Behavioral Health Business to share our secret to delivering the knockout 🥊 to #Burnout once and for all. Well, we suppose it's not * that * much of a secret. It's #AI. "But not the AI of Hollywood nightmares — the AI of health care IT dreams: purpose-built, behavioral health-focused AI that streamlines documentation, serves up key insights to improve care quality and gets providers back to focusing on the work they actually love." Unanswered questions are the lifeblood of scientific advancement. And when it comes to #HealthcareAI, there are certainly more questions than answers. During last week's webinar on the role of evidence in #AI development, our panel of experts explained that while research should always inform #BehavioralHealth tech innovation, gaps in evidence shouldn't stop providers from leveraging new tools altogether. See what else they had to say in our webinar recap below. Kudos to our amazing speakers for sharing their insights and wisdom with us, and huge thanks to National Council for Mental Wellbeing for co-hosting this educational event! ⭐ Dennis Morrison PhD, Clinical Strategist ⭐ Shiri Sadeh-Sharvit, PhD🎗️, Chief Clinical Officer, Eleos Health ⭐ Joseph Parks, MD Medical Director, National Council for Mental Wellbeing ⭐ Ashley Newton, CEO, Centerstone's Research Institute #AugmentedIntelligence #HealthIT #MoreCareLessOps

We went for the gold. And we did it! 🥇 Yup, you read that right, Eleos is officially gold—a gold partner of the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, that is. “Eleos Health’s tools utilize AI to streamline administrative tasks, allowing health care professionals to focus more on direct patient care. The future of care is being shaped now, and partners like Eleos are helping to drive these innovations.” - National Council President and CEO Chuck Ingoglia As the newest gold partner for the National Council, we're psyched (don't pardon the pun) to positively impact #BehavioralHealthCare orgs through education, solutions, and science. 🔬 To quote NatCon's blog announcement: "Deployed in behavioral health organizations across 29 states, Eleos Health is the most widely adopted AI platform in behavioral health. And through this new partnership with the National Council, they intend to make AI education, research and provider-centric tools even more accessible across the entire behavioral health industry." “Eleos has been a lifesaver. I absolutely love the product. I love the ease of use. I love that it has freed me up to be fully present with each client, which is what brought me to this field to begin with.” - Shawnda Hochstetler, Outpatient Therapist, Coleman Health Services The benefits of Eleos don't stop at reducing provider documentation time, burnout, and turnover. The impact of our specialized #AI platform trickles all the way down to care quality, and in our humble opinion, that's what takes this technology from "nice-to-have" to "can't-do-without." 🚀 With Eleos, providers can focus all of their effort and attention on the clients in front of them. 🤩 Even better: They can review and reflect on therapy themes, interventions, and techniques after the fact thanks to our detailed session analytics and insights—empowering them to level up #CareQuality even more. 🤩🤩 That's the power of purpose-built AI for #BehavioralHealth. #MoreCareLessOps #AugmentedIntelligence #HealthcareAI

Therapist supervision isn't just a mechanism for ensuring care quality and consistency. Done well, it's also a catalyst for real professional development—and, like Shiri Sadeh-Sharvit, PhD🎗️ said, a tool for improving provider retention. 📈 Great therapists crave meaningful feedback, because they know it's the key to continued professional growth. 🌱 Check out this research-inspired blog post to learn how a purpose-built #AI platform like Eleos can help your organization supercharge supervision—and retain more top-notch clinical talent as a result: https://hubs.li/Q02H8RJz0 Huge thanks to Palo Alto University and Donna Sheperis for their partnership in this research! 🙌 #BehavioralHealthAI #TherapySupervision #ScienceOfAI

"One day, emerging from the depths of the basement after a long day of back-to-back sessions, I imagined myself returning from a coal mine—a metaphor that seemed to resonate deeply with me in the coming months. It was strange to find that providing therapy, which used to bring me so much joy, could also feel at times draining—and just like any other routine job. The experience made me realize you can still get exhausted doing what you love." - Shiri Sadeh-Sharvit, PhD🎗️, Chief Clinical Officer at Eleos Health. You can still get exhausted doing what you love. 😲⁉️ One more time, for the folks in the back. You can still get exhausted doing what you love. 🤯 When it comes to #Burnout, no one is immune. Peep Shiri's deep dive into what's driving burnout in #BehavioralHealth, even after the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic is in the rearview mirror. Check it out here: https://hubs.li/Q02GV-gF0

The rumors are true... We're famous! 😎 Or at least, we're #InTheNews. 📰 ICYMI: American Hospital Association recently published an article exploring whether #AI can help address the #BehavioralHealth crisis in the US. (Spoiler alert: We think the answer is a resounding, "Yes!" 🙌) And it seems AHA agrees with us, writing: "Elsewhere, the Boston-based behavioral health startup Eleos Health uses AI, voice analysis and NLP to improve patient outcomes and workflow efficiency. The company is partnering with the National Council for Mental Wellbeing to increase clinician access to AI education, research and provider-centric tools. Used by behavioral health organizations in 29 states, Eleos’ clinically validated technology has been proven to reduce provider documentation time by more than 50%, double client engagement and drive three to four times better care outcomes, the company states." 🎤 Check out the full article here: https://hubs.li/Q02GP2YH0
