More Care. Less Ops.
About us
Eleos is pioneering CareOps Automation. By consolidating the entire behavioral care workflow — everything from progress notes all the way to session intelligence — clinicians are freed from time-consuming operational burdens. Eleos takes care of CareOps, honing in on automating operational necessities, including all documentation, compliance administration as well as providing deep clinical insights through session intelligence. Eleos makes evidence-based behavioral care a reality so clinicians, providers and networks can measurably and comparatively track treatment and progress. Now clinicians put all their focus into care itself. So the care they aim to provide becomes the care they actually deliver. Eleos. More Care. Less Ops.

Artificial intelligence. Machine learning. Natural language processing. Neural networks. No, it's not an #AI vocab quiz — but as AI tech becomes more prevalent in #BehavioralHealth, learning the lingo isn't a bad idea. In fact, Dennis Morrison PhD believes it's absolutely essential. If you're looking for a quick and easy way to get up to speed on the inner workings of #AugmentedIntelligence technology, check out this recent article Denny wrote for the Eleos Blog. 👇 🔗 https://hubs.li/Q02TSlfF0 In addition to defining and explaining key AI concepts, he ties it all back to #BehavioralHealth — and weighs in on common concerns around things like ethics and bias. 💡

Ever wondered what, exactly, puts a #BehavioralHealth progress note at risk of non-compliance? 🤔 Here at Eleos, we think showing is so much better than telling — so we put together some real-life examples of compliant and at-risk progress notes AND 🎨color-coded🎨 the areas where the provider met (or failed to meet) compliance standards in the following areas: 📈Progress ⚙️ Interventions 🗺️ Plan 🧵 The Golden Thread Grab your copy below and learn what it takes to create notes that can stand up to even the toughest scrutiny (and how a purpose-built #AI platform can help 😉). #Documentation #Compliance #ProgressNotes #MoreCareLessOps

Embedded. Integrated. Overlaid. Built-In. It’s not exactly alphabet soup, but it is a bit of technical mumbo-jumbo. 🤓 We know #BehavioralHealthProviders didn’t get into the field to become experts in how technology works—or what works with existing systems. You got into the field to help people. And if technology is supposed to make that easier, why does it have to be so hard to understand? 😕 It doesn’t. 💥 At least, not anymore. We put pen to paper to discuss the ins and outs of how different AI solutions can connect to your EHRs—from a lightweight overlay to a fully built-in solution so you can arm yourself with the right tool for the right task and the right tech. ✨ Bonus level unlocked: The pros and cons of each type of connection. Privacy, Security, and AI—oh, actually, wait. Not oh my—rather, ok cool. 🤔 It turns out that when you know the right guardrails, regs, and frameworks to keep every bit and byte locked up 🛡️ and out of the wrong hands, AI isn't all that scary. 👻 So how does an org know what regulations are in place or what an AI vendor should (and shouldn't) do when it comes to data privacy? 👀 We're glad you asked. To help #BehavioralHealth leaders get a handle on current #HealthcareAI best practices, Nisheeta S., VP of Customer Success at Eleos, will join experts Raz Karmi, CISO of Eleos, and Rony Gadiwalla, MS, PMP, CIO of GRAND Mental Health, to present a webinar exploring the current (and future!) state of healthcare AI privacy and security. During this 1-hour session at 2 PM Eastern / 11 AM Pacific on October 22, 2024, attendees will learn: 🔒 Which existing and emerging security regulations and best practices apply to their organizations — and their AI vendor partners. 🔒 How to navigate key AI security, compliance, and ethical concerns in a behavioral health setting. 🔒 What steps they must take to protect sensitive client information from AI-specific threats. 🔒 How Eleos accounts for all of the above in our industry-leading AI platform. Register today and feel great about your org's AI future! 💪🌟 Save your spot right here. 👇 https://hubs.li/Q02T37GJ0

Ham & cheese. Pepperoni & bacon. Peanut butter & jelly. Peanut butter & chocolate. Peanut butter & almost anything, really, but I digress. What do all of these delish foods have in common? They're better together, just like Eleos and Streamline Healthcare Solutions' 2024 Community Conference. 😉 This year the conference theme is "Better Together, Solutions for Success" and we can't wait to show you how Eleos can be just that for your org. Because you ➕ us equals success, and then some. 👏 So if you're going to be in Chicago at the Streamline conference, be sure to swing by our booth—and bring your favorite "better together" combo, Brian Campbell and Travis Moore, MBA, RN Moore are waiting on pins and needles. (Two things that are absolutely *not* better together, unless you're doing some awesome hand sewing and have a thimble.) Not heading to the windy city for the conference? Drop your fav combos in the comments! 👇 #BetterTogether #BehavioralHealthSolutions #BehavioralHealthAI #StreamlineConference

#WorldMentalHealthDay is tomorrow. This year's theme focuses on mental health at work, because work and life are undeniably mixed. And we know that when employees feel good at work, they live (and work) better. 🌟 At Eleos, this message rings loud and clear, both in the work that we do every day internally, and the work we seek to do every day to lift the burdens of behavioral health providers. So thank you to our incredible people team, and the tireless efforts made to make our culture healthy, vibrant, and mental health-forward. And thank you to all of the behavioral health heroes out there making it work 💪 every day—we see you, and we celebrate you. Fellow employers in #BehavioralHealthIT, don't forget your employees are people first, employees second; and you can (and should!) focus on your crew's mental health. Not sure where to start? “Therapists assign 4–5 action recommendations each session, but only half of sessions include a review of homework from previous weeks. This oversight unintentionally undermines the impact of our interventions. It’s like leaving a job half done without even realizing it.” - Shiri Sadeh-Sharvit, PhD🎗️, Chief Clinical Officer Wait--what? 👀 Cue our in-house #ClinicalResearch team here at Eleos taking a deep dive into the prevalence and impact of “between-session” homework assignments. Using #AI to analyze thousands of real-world therapy conversations, our researchers found that while nearly all client sessions include some form of homework (a.k.a. “action recommendations”), only HALF include any type of follow-up on previous tasks. 😮 Furthermore, increased homework review is linked to better outcomes for patients with mild depression. 💡 In a recent blog post, we sat down with lead researcher Amit Spinrad to peel back the layers on how these findings could transform therapy best practices. 🔗 Peep the comments for the link! #BehavioralHealth #EvidenceBasedPractice #CareQuality
