EquiLead is an initiative that aspires to bring a transformation in the gender equity landscape of social impact by engineering conducive structural changes in workplaces and in women’s professional journeys for accelerating their organisational leadership in the Global South. Anchored in values of Equity+Leadership, we envision an ecosystem where feminist leadership will empower institutions to become gender-just organisations of the future with workplaces, leadership pathways and institutions designed to be gender intentional, inclusive and equitable. 🌟We recently convened a panel discussion in collaboration with banglanatak dot com on "Organisational Structure and Team Building". The discussion was primarily for women solopreneurs and micro-entrepreneurs with an aim to explore key strategies and practical insights to help scale their businesses and evolve from solo ventures to structured teams. We dove deep into what it truly takes to build resilient, mission-driven teams and the panellists also took questions from women entrepreneurs who were a part of discussion, offering solutions to problems they face.
