Featuring Lora Hotel in Stillwater, Minnesota -- a historic building conversion of the 1886 Joseph Wolf Brewery block. Completed in 2018, it includes 40 guest rooms, 30,140 square feet, Feller restaurant and The Long Goodbye bar. In a bold move, a row of historic buildings was combined with new construction to create one, cohesive concept. Celebrating its one-year anniversary, Waterbury House takes on a flatiron shape – a rare but intriguing design on land that warrants a Tetris-like mindset to accommodate. Located in the Lakes District of Minneapolis, it's a nine-story, 73-unit residential building that features a street-level restaurant and rooftop amenities that offer breathtaking views of the city and lakes.
