Evans Contracting Group is off to a great start on foundations for Frampton Construction in Mount Pleasant, SC at the Residence Inn at Ferry Wharf at the base of the Ravenel Bridge.

Evans Contracting Group & PTE Systems International, LLC organized a PT SOG training class for Samet Corporation Savannah Team. This class helped give a basic body of knowledge of (PT) systems for slabs-on-ground that should be possessed by all personnel involved in the installation and stressing of PT in these light foundation systems. The purpose of this training will be for the field personnel shown to comply with requirements of IBC, ACI 318, and ACI 301. At Evans we believe it is crucial for proper training and education of personnel involved in post-tensioning (PT) field operations—installers, inspectors, contractors, and others—are vital to ensuring the performance, serviceability, durability, and safety of PT concrete construction.
