A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the success of the annual health fair at Praises of Zion Missionary Baptist Church! Our Felton Institute Adult Protective Services Case Management (APSCM) and Home Safe Case Management (HSCM) programs were honored to be part of this enriching event focused on education and connection. We shared valuable resources, engaged in meaningful conversations that fostered support and community, and provided giveaways like water bottles, pens, and hand sanitizers. In our enthusiasm, we managed to capture only the aftermath of the event, which beautifully reflects the positive impact we made together. Let’s keep this momentum going! Remember, mental health is important, and we’re here for each other. Learn more about APSCM and HSCM: https://lnkd.in/gPPre6hD #MentalHealthMatters #PraisesOfZion #CommunityStrong

Today marks the last day of Suicide Prevention Month, but our commitment to honoring and supporting survivors continues every day. 💙 Meet Meg, a dedicated volunteer with our Local Outreach to Suicide Survivors (LOSS) program, who has been with us since our inception on September 22, 2022. LOSS provides essential postvention support to those affected by suicide loss and survivors of attempts in Marin County. Our mission is to foster connection, community, and hope through compassionate care and access to resources. Together, we can uplift and support those in need—because healing doesn’t end with a calendar date.
