Wrapping up just the absolute best week in NYC with Team Flip. Times Square billboard, a party in Brooklyn, the absolute best company, some big giant bridges, the best pizza in the world, and A LOT of matcha. I did this trip right. I also discovered smoothies. Who knew avoiding scurvy could be so tasty. But the reason I was able to enjoy this trip to its fullest, is my Away suitcase. Yes, actually really. The last time I flew, my suitcase’s little trolley handle thing just stopped working. I was bummed because I’ve loved my suitcase so much - she’s my ride or die when I’m traveling. And really, she’s the only reason anyone ever gets swag from us. When I was booking things for this trip, I decided to file a claim with Away, hoping something could be done to save my wheelie girl. And sure enough, they saw one video of the problem and immediately dispatched a repair kit. I installed the new trolley right before I started packing for NYC, and BOOM. She was back in business and ready to fly across the country. So thanks, Away for making solid suitcases that are repairable with just a hope and a screwdriver. I’d love for you to become the official suitcase company for Flip, so let’s chat 💜 And to my NYC-based fellow Flippers, I love you with my whole heart. When you’re gifted a billboard in Times Square, why not pay it forward by using it to give a massive and very public shout out to your customers? That’s just what we did at Flip when Brex so kindly offered us billboard space for this week. We'll be above the Pelé Soccer building until Sunday - and we’re making the most of it. What can I say about the customers on this billboard? Some have been with us since the start. Some haven’t been with us for long at all. All have made a huge impact on us, our product, and all are the reason we do what we do. Not only are we shouting out some of our biggest champions, we’re also celebrating them at a party in Brooklyn tonight. If you’re in the NYC area, I’d love to meet you there.
