A new world-class surf park is coming to Jacksonville's eTown community. The Jacksonville Surf Park, developed by Aventuur and a local partnership, will feature a 56-module Wavegarden Cove, similar to the one in Perth, Australia. The park will also offer a surf academy, wellness studios, and various hospitality experiences. Construction is expected to begin in late 2024, with the park opening to the public in early 2027.
