    Within a year, the medians of Royal Poinciana Way, a cherished gateway to Palm Beach, are set to undergo a remarkable transformation under a landscaping project funded by the Garden Club of Palm Beach and designed by SMI Architecture. The project, approved by the Town Council and Landmarks Preservation Commission, will open up scenic views by replacing overgrown greenery with shell stone walkways, native holywood trees, and vibrant perennials, all while preserving the iconic royal palms and parking spaces.   Read more: https://lnkd.in/ef5xRqDc

    In a major win for Palm Beach County - Today, the Commission greenlit a land donation for Vanderbilt University to build a groundbreaking graduate campus in downtown West Palm Beach. Backed by a $300 million investment, the campus will focus on business, AI, and innovation, with projections for over 1,000 students and 200 employees within five years. Local leaders are hailing the project as a transformative economic engine, poised to attract new businesses and create workforce opportunities. The $46 million land comes with conditions ensuring 90% is dedicated to education, and Vanderbilt plans to complete its development within a year.     Terra and Lion Development Group have teamed up with Michelin-star chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten to launch the Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences, a luxury 48-story condo tower set between Midtown Miami and the Design District. Offering 329 units, with prices starting at $1.6 million, the development will include 27,500 square feet of commercial space, highlighted by the chef's ABC Kitchen.     MG Developer, led by Alirio Torrealba, and Prosper Group, led by Jay Roberts, just made a $30.9 million move, securing a prime waterfront site in North Bay Village for a planned 340-foot, 147-unit luxury condo tower with both retail and a waterfront restaurant. Located at 1681 North Bay Causeway, this project is part of a surge of new developments in North Bay Village, including ventures by Ian Bruce Eichner’s Continuum Company, Sunbeam Properties, Riviera Horizons’ Pagani-branded condo building, as well as a luxury condo project by Related Group and Macklowe Properties.
