Following Luther Group, LLC's acquisition of the approx. 6.8 acre site along Davian Drive in Menomonee Falls last month; F3's Bob Flood and Derek Yentz are excited to partner with them on their 101,000 SF speculative building. Luther Group's project broke ground Sept. 27, with an eye toward completion in May 2025 and anticipation of a “modern-day, Class A industrial building” with space for up to four tenants. https://lnkd.in/g62Jtih5

Twelve years ago tomorrow I walked into my first day at RFP Commercial, Inc. (now Founders 3 Real Estate Services) and started my career in Commercial Real Estate. Who would have known at the time how that one decision would have changed the trajectory of my life. A dozen years later I still absolutely love what I do and the City I get to do it in. This week F3 Principal, Bob Flood, successfully completed Kalmbach Media's disposition of their 115,500 SF office building in Crossroads Corporate Park. The building was sold to Silgan Containers for $6,600,000. Congrats to all those involved! https://lnkd.in/gTg-mxyv

This is especially true considering that employers increasingly want their workers in the office at least on a hybrid basis so that they can collaborate and brainstorm with their fellow co-workers. “You see it with young people who started working at companies during the pandemic. If they work at home all the time, they don’t succeed in their company,” John Davis said. “They don’t learn from their peers. They are not right there talking with their peers, gaining tidbits of information and collaborating. Collaboration and mentorship is important. Ty, a Milwaukee native, will be a senior this fall at the University of South Carolina and is majoring in Finance and Real Estate. Simon hails from Madison and will begin his senior year this fall at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a major in Economics.
