We are excited to announce the groundbreaking of Arcadia at Veranda Falls, a multifamily development in Port St. Lucie, FL. The apartment community will have 252 units with class-A finishes. The community will include a fitness center, access-controlled package room, work pods, co-workspace, community kitchenette, coffee/espresso bar, resort-style pool, hammocks, fire pit, outdoor grill/kitchen, dog park, pet spa, community lawn and electric vehicle chargers.   The site is located next to The Shoppes at Veranda Falls, which includes a Publix, Dunkin’, Anytime Fitness, nail salon and multiple restaurants. The site is next to Florida’s Turnpike, offering easy access to downtown Port St. Lucie, Stuart and Jupiter. A few months ago our team traveled to Florida to visit several of our ongoing projects, each at various stages of construction. At GLA, construction administration is central to our commitment to delivering quality work. For this 378-unit multi-family project, we’ve maintained close coordination from concept through completion to ensure a seamless and precise execution of each of the 10-Buildings on this site.
