    What a week it’s been! Just a little background to this opportunity, since graduating in July 2023, I’ve been rejected over 140 times from multiple architectural and CGI job opportunities, leading me to open my own Design Studio. After passing my interview and practical skills test in UE5, I’m very excited to start my 16 weeks of training in Unreal Engine. Good things come to those who wait and I believe this to be the correct next step in my professional career.     This my best friend Denzel🥹 Like many Denzel grew up with dreams and aspirations of becoming a professional footballer. Unfortunately he realised this dream wouldn’t come true around the age of 18. Denzel still had a passion for football and was studying at university doing a course he didn’t enjoy feeling lost. He started posting content online to his friends on Snapchat People found the content funny and shared with their friends, Before Denzel knew it his relatable and funny football content began to go viral. Today Denzel’s football page ‘football verbal’ has over 100,000 followers across Instagram , TikTok and Snapchat. The page is also followed by some of the biggest footballers in the world who he has also become friends with such as Real Madrid and English international - Jude Bellingham Arsenal and England international - Bukayo Saka Chelsea and England international - Cole Palmer And many more!     Delighted to have supported IN4 Group in their recruitment for their tech programmes (450+ applications 🤯) In November in4 reached out to Gen Z Recruitz for support in the recruitment for various tech programmes. In just two weeks we were able to help in completely filling out their AI programme and drive talent to their cloud engineering , data analytics and gaming programmes. Here are the numbers In two weeks: - Over 450 eligible applicants - Over 50 Put through to interview - AI-Driven Software Engineering boot camp completely filled - (unfortunately there wasn’t anymore room for many of the successful applicants) On top of this Gen Z Recruitz recruited the second most amount of people onto the programme behind only the official government website - despite only having two weeks. Here’s how we did it: - Over 100,000 organic impressions promoting the opportunity through a strategic post on LinkedIn - Over 30,000 views promoting the opportunity through two strategic TikTok posts - Promoted the opportunity to Gen Z Recruitz internal community - Worked with a TikTok influencer with over 30,000 engaged followers looking to gain a career in tech - The influencer posted the opportunity on tiktok and did a tiktok live driving talent to the opportunity and to a free webinar where they can learn more. Here’s where it gets really interesting - We understand that in order for people to apply trust must be built especially if it’s their first time hearing about an organisation - on top of that people that are applying come from different backgrounds and therefore some talent would need more support than others. In order to build trust and level the playing field for all applicants - we held a free webinar with In4 attracting over 150 attendees to build trust and educate people on how they can best prepare for the application progress not only increasing the number of applications but also the quality. The campaign has been a resounding success and I would like to thank the team at in4 - in particular Saeed Chaudhry and Julia Prouse who did an amazing job in allowing this to work so seamlessly. But most importantly - allowing so much talent to make steps into the working world and begin contributing to society. We now look forward in supporting In4 with their GameTech programmes - more on this to follow. Through years of engaging with millions of Gen Z I have truly mastered the art of engaging with Gen Z talent and it’s a honour to provide some incredible companies with this expertise through Gen Z Recruitz Lots more good news to follow!     My new company have over 1000 followers in just 2 months😳! We have only posted 6 times! It is so amazing to see the traction for Gen Z Recruitz has had in such a short amount of time. We have already delivered some great work for some amazing companies (more on this in the new year). However I’ll be lying if I said I was surprised, this business is a result of solving a real problem, Over the past 3 years, I have connected with thousands of Gen Z through running over 50 Gen Z networking events and have worked with some of the biggest companies in the world to help connect them with Gen Z talent Being in the middle for so long I listened carefully to both parties, Understood what they were both struggling with and built a solution to suit them both. I can’t wait for the impact Gen Z Recruitz is going to leave! I appreciate you all for choosing to follow the journey, Lots of exciting announcements and updates coming in 2025.     Aspiring Real Estate Apprentice | Passionate About Property Management and Surveying

    The Year of Discipline💡 2024 was the year of motivation and discipline for me. I finished college pressured by others to pursue the university route as my apprenticeship goal seemed unlikely. I'm thankful l made the active decision to take on a gap year, as I realised this is the time I need to get what I desire. My first mentoring by apprentice Mary-Felicia Gomez from CBRE, opened doors to determination and consistency to actively pursue my real estate goals and actually use Linkedin effectively - messaging current apprentices about their daily duties, personal experiences and advice on securing an apprenticeship. Also taking on virtual work experience from CBRE Forage and Springpod where I noted down and learnt the roles of a project manager and becoming a RICS Chartered Surveyor gave me confidence on the roles I want to take on. Attending events helped to broaden my network and made me realise there are other people around my age with the same goals and perseverance like me: 👷🏽♀️ Girls Under Construction Events was my first ever event l attended - it gave me great insight on some of the women roles and their experiences in construction as this field of work is a very male dominated industry. A recent event l've attended from the GUC was with Lovell Partnerships Ltd where I learnt many new roles in construction and took a tour on current projects - I'm very glad I'm part of a community that supports every single member on their goals wherever they are in their journey. 👔 Gen Z Recruitz always provided me with great opportunities such as attending the Savills BHM Apprenticeship Event. Networking with people started to get a little easier and learning how to navigate the Savills applications gave me confidence to believe in what I bring out. Attended a Knight Frank webinar that represented their current works, their values and the way to build a successful application which stuck to me on every application I've approached. As 2024 is now coming to an end, I decided to join Investate! A community that empowers young people to get involved in many opportunities and helping young people to build a successful CV, how to prepare for an interview and mentorship that will guide me towards a degree apprenticeship! May 2025 be the continuation of more blessings 🤍

    Introducing the 2024/25 CISI scholarship programme recipients🥹. I am delighted to be have been a part of the recruitment in helping 20 individuals be selected to obtain a free The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) level 2 or 3 qualification. This qualification is respected across the leading financial service firms all of the world and therefore at such a young age these individuals will: - Have access to over 500 private events in the financial service sector. - Connect with other financial service sector professionals, leaders , decision makers and CEO’s from some of the largest companies on the planet. - They have the opportunity to learn, think and become professionals in the financial service sector. And so much more! However the hard work starts now. These young people now have until summer 2025 to study for their exam and complete the assessment to officially obtain the qualification, I have no doubt they will smash it, It will mean a lot to me, The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) and all the young people if you can share your support for them in the comment section below and wish them the best.
