This week, we kick off IN4's '12 Days of Giving'.... Our focus is on supporting our local community, during what can often be a difficult, and lonely time for many, and allows us to bring joy and companionship, to those we can. Our aim is to is to make a meaningful impact in our community, during this festive season, by supporting local charities and care homes. Along with donations, we are committed that for every hour an employee spends volunteering over this period, IN4.0 will donate a further £2...so the more time we volunteer, the more money we can donate to these incredible charities. Day 1 started with hamper making HOST Salford with Julie Chadwick, Darren O'Brien, Anna Louise Birbeck and Matt Cuerden. These were then delivered, with love, to The Laurels Care Home, in Salford, by Mike Wilkie, Saniya Malkan Ahmed, David Gordon and Rachel Melton. They laughed, they sang, they danced...but most of all, they brought a smile and joy to the residents, which is what it is all about. Some of the other charities/care homes we will be supporting are:- 🫱🏼🫲🏼Wood Street Mission - IN4 are donating £200 worth of toys and gifts to support local struggling families to give children a happy Christmas, along with staff donations. 🫱🏼🫲🏼Salford Loaves & Fishes Limited - supporting the homeless, isolated and vulnerable in Salford, supplying free hot meals, advice on finances, health and accommodation, and run a life centre which includes employability support, IT training, and even yoga and art classes! 🫱🏼🫲🏼Visit from the Stork - providing support to families in need across the cities of Salford and Manchester, and are the support network for parents and their children who have no one else to turn to. 🫱🏼🫲🏼LifeCentre - This is a Salford based Christian charity. Since 2000 they have been working with children, young people and their families to see transformation in the city for everyone. Watch this space, for the next 12 days, as our staff share their adventures! #Charity #Volunteer #Give

As platinum sponsors of the British Embassy in Saudi Arabia, we celebrated the second leg of the King’s Birthday Party in Riyadh. Earlier this year, we expanded our Amazon Web Services (AWS) partnership to launch AWS re/sStart training for an all-female cohort in the Kingdom, supporting AWS's goal of upskilling 4,000 women into tech in line with Vision 2030—a key step that inspired the creation of Madinat Almahart. Through our joint venture with Backyard Symphony and the apprenticeships licence and funding provided by Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, Madinat Almahart will continue training young Saudi talent in AWS cloud, and other technologies required in the modern workplace, growing local talent to meet the demand of companies operating in the Kingdom. Great to celebrate with graduates Doaa Alotibi and Taef Mersal - excited for your bright futures! Here’s a glimpse of the Riyadh celebration. #vision2030 #apprenticeships #talent

Tonight, we celebrated the expansion of our Saudi operations with Backyard Symphony and the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation under the Madinat Almaharat (‘Skills City’) brand. We were honoured to attend a special gathering at the British Consulate in Jeddah, to commemorate King Charles III birthday, while introducing our Apprenticeship Programmes. Madinat Almaharat has secured the prestigious license through TVTC (KSA Government) as an accredited apprenticeships training provider, to deliver tech and creative media apprenticeships, the first of their kind in the Kingdom. Pioneering for Vision 2030. These government subsidised roles empower businesses to employ and invest in localised talent in line with vision 2030. #TechTraining #LocalTalent #Vision2030
