I started my own business Well Done and never knew there could be this level of busyness. So I decided to hire a PT assistant. In a kismet moment Annie Shapiro mentioned Duckbill when we were catching up and I am hooked. 🙌 Duckbill uses a combination of people and AI to accomplish all the stuff you dread doing. I was like mmmmmkkkk let's put this thing through the ringer and see what it's made of. I just have to share because it has truly saved me days of work and know there are so many women that do it all on here too: 📃 INSURANCE: Duckbill spoke with my insurance about a prior auth on a scrip, figured out why it wasn't approved, and scheduled an appointment with a new, close-by, and highly-rated opthamologist to arrange for a new scrip to be written. Once I have that, they will go back to working between my pharmacy and insurance to handle. 🛩 A TRAVEL PHOTO BOOK! I asked Duckbill to go into my photos from 2024 and select any with a geotag that was not LA, consider it a trip, go to my existing Shutterly account and make a photo book (with captions!). When I tell you no notes, I mean no notes. For 2023 this took me two entire workdays. ♻ RUG CLEANING: Last Thursday night, I gave Duckbill my Moroccan rug sizes and specified that I wanted organic cleaning, 4.5+ google/Yelp rating, pickup/delivery, and within a few miles. By the next morning I had a beautiful PDF outlining 3 options with the cost per square footage and some reasoning. They suggested I arrange for pickup that day, because the top choice offerred free pickup on Fridays only. Duckbill checked my calendar to see a time when I would be free between meetings that day, and arranged the pickup for that time. And yes, it's picked out birthday gifts, sends me a weekly look ahead Sunday nights, sent flowers to friends, found playgrounds for my kids, and a chiro that accepts our new insurance, paying for everything with my secure card on file, but the depth and breadth of activities it could handle outside of these tasks are astounding.
