Fractional Creative Director · Designer building trust for brands who depend on it

🌲 Partnering with Sequoia Financial Group as their fractional creative director has been an exciting journey in driving brand alignment and efficiency! Over the past year, I’ve worked with Sequoia’s marketing team to implement a new visual brand, including an updated logo and brand guidelines that better reflect their growth and values. Part of this involved reskinning and aligning collateral from advisory firms they acquired, bringing consistency and unity to their expanded team. I’ve also streamlined sales decks for Sequoia’s advisors, giving them back valuable time to focus on building client relationships. And by providing quick-turnaround support for the marketing team, we’ve kept Sequoia’s visual messaging clear and cohesive across all channels. Since this collaboration began, Sequoia has achieved remarkable growth—adding $6 billion to their assets under management, welcoming 80 new team members, and opening five additional offices nationwide. 🌎 It’s an honor to support a team scaling with such purpose and precision! #FractionalCreativeDirector #BrandStewardship #MarketingEfficiency #GrowthJourney #FinancialServices P.S. I couldn't have done it without the super smart folks CultureCraft and Sharpe Creative.

Creating new mindsets, models, and narratives for a better future.

A few days after returning from TEDNext, I finally recovered enough from my “TEDache” enough to share that I had an incredible time last week in Atlanta. 😎 It was a joy reconnecting with fellow TED Fellows who are doing amazing work in diverse fields like physics, healthcare, and the arts. The main stage talks were as inspiring as ever, with a few unexpected but welcome curveballs punctuating the inspiration. TED consistently brings together fascinating individuals driven by curiosity and an open mind. At TEDNext, I met leaders, innovators, and change-makers from across the world doing inspiring work: • Raising creative and curious children, • Empowering women food makers in Africa, • Challenging governmental surveillance to protect our civil liberties, • Dismantling a discriminatory education system within an entire school district, • And telling better stories about the futures we want to see. We become the stories we tell ourselves; events like TED give us stories that expand our imaginations and inspire new futures. Shout out the amazing people I had a chance to share a meal and conversation: Ana Gabela, Albert Cahn, Premesh Chandran, Damon Davis, Peter Haas, Amma Y. Ghartey-Tagoe Kootin, PhD, Jennifer Indovina, Christine Lai, Rohini Rau, Cosmin Mihaiu, Prumsodun Ok, Sean Goode, Ameya Paratkar, jeewan chanicka, Niniola Williams, Ruth Egbe, Peter Boyd, Molly P., and more... #TED #TEDNext #TEDNext2024 #TEDFellows #inpriation #storytelling

Have you ever noticed the best brands have a devoted fan community that’s even bigger than the company? Great brands don’t just sell things and get the job done. They build emotional connections that rally a loyal community and, at their best, inspire positive action. This is where your brand really goes to work. Branding is about how you communicate your message across every channel, from your business cards to your website. All of these tools must align with your brand’s unwavering truth so you can build trust, speak clearly, and create a rhythm of engagement with your audience. A well-executed brand communication strategy ensures your audience recognizes and connects with you, no matter where they meet you first. 💬 What communication tools are you already using to build and deepen your customer relationships?

Have you ever struggled to keep up with finding clients for your business? Maybe it’s time to rethink your sales enablement strategy. Sales enablement is a strategy that takes the guesswork out of growing your client base. With the right tools and training in place, your sales team will have a structured, repeatable process to guide them at every turn. Here’s what you need to level up your B2B sales:  ✅ A map of your customer’s journey, from recognizing their problem to signing with you  ✅ A memorable brand your team can rally behind  ✅ A suite of well-designed assets that make a strong first impression  ✅ A rhythm of engagement to track your leads and make customers feel valued The right sales enablement plan for you is clear and easy to follow. It ensures your team is unified and every lead gets a high-impact experience every time they connect with you. But most importantly, it’s scalable, so you can finally stop spending all your time chasing leads and actually do the work you love. #SalesOps #ScalableGrowth #SalesStrategy #B2B #SalesEnablement

We always say branding is more than colors, fonts, and logos… but that doesn’t mean these things aren’t important. We are a design agency, after all! 🎨 Once you’ve defined your unwavering truth and got your brand strategy locked down, it’s time for the fun part: creating your Brand Identity. Brand Identity is what most people think of when they hear the world “brand.” It’s the visual and verbal language that communicates who you are to the world. This is where your strategy becomes tangible — in logos, typography, color palette, and even your written voice. Like the clothes you wear, your brand identity communicates something about you and creates a first impression. When you have a consistent look and feel to your brand, you can reflect the same message in every setting. And this builds recognition and ensures a cohesive experience. Whenever we design a brand, we’re also sure to include a brand playbook that highlights every detail so everyone on the team can represent the company with consistency and confidence. 💬 How would you describe your company or personal brand in three words?

Our founder's takeaways from Blueprint: The Future of Real Estate. Grateful for a chance to connect and learn in Vegas!

Creating new mindsets, models, and narratives for a better future.

I was at the Blueprint conference in Vegas, and had an amazing time. I learnt a lot about the various innovation opportunities in real estate and proptech. Everyone I met has been incredibly friendly and open to teaching me about their unique perspectives on the industry, the challenges they face, their solutions, and their hopes for the future. As a designer, I'm particularly encouraged by the number of leaders discussing how putting people first isn't just good for business, but is also vital for industry growth. It's also great to see that this focus on people will lead to better businesses and technologies that are more environmentally friendly. #blueprintvegas #blueprint2024 #climatetech #realestate

Whether you’re running the smallest startup or a massive corporation, clear, consistent branding is essential to your business strategy. But what, exactly, is branding? 🤔 It’s so much more than logos, fonts, and colors. It’s a promise that you make to your customers. It communicates your unwavering truth and answers the question, “Why does this company exist?” To take your brand from good to great, you’ll have to dig deep and get crystal clear on what makes you different from the competition and why your customers should care. Then you will have a solid foundation to build a brand that can work and grow with you. At Giant Shoulders, we know our unwavering truth. We only work with mission-driven leaders, and together we design a better future by inspiring new mindsets, developing innovative models, and crafting bold narratives. 💬 Your turn! What’s your unwavering truth? #brandstrategy #branding
