Last week's Shelf Life was one of my favorites to put together. As a #GenZ (cusp-er) writer, I find so much joy in writing about #GenZfounders. Not only are they inspiring, but they have SO much to offer in terms of how a brand can capture the attention of the demographic. In Shelf Life 034, I spoke with Nicola Buffo and Francine Voit of Pistakio, Jess Druey of Whiny Baby, and Leah Marcus and Yasaman Bakhtiar of good girl snacks. Instead of brands scrambling to crack the code on Gen Z, pouring a fair share of dollars into market research and #influencer partnerships in the hopes they can grasp their six-second attention spans, these founders give their take on how brands can better capture the Gen Z consumer.
