Designing Custom Fieldwork Solutions

About us

For the past two-plus decades, we have called the Market Research Industry home. Over that time, our roles and responsibilities have ranged from Programming to Operations to Sales and many in between. We understand the full scope and hard work that goes into delivering success. It is a willingness to learn, collaborate and never settle. Good Human Partners is the logical culmination of this unexpected journey. Each chapter has been a welcome opportunity to grow with a common focus on quality, service, and true partnership. We know what it takes to deliver and work each step of the process to ensure that. We will work to find the best solutions for you, your clients, and in turn your research, even if that means we aren’t the right fit. Trust is earned and something we hope to gain one complete at a time.

A couple of weeks back our Founder, AJ Keirans joined MRxPros for their Tuesday Talk series and talked about his journey and how he got off the treadmill and took the leap in starting our company. Enjoy!

"Oh you're getting back into sales again, so you're just hopping back on the treadmill." For AJ Keirans, this statement was a huge punch. After a layoff in April 2023, AJ networked and interviewed to a couple job offers, but he decided not to get back on the treadmill. Instead he started his own company which has led him to experience fulfillment like never before. To learn about his journey to entrepreneurship and the people that helped him along the way, check out his Tuesday Talk: https://lnkd.in/dXgPzQQh

    Be a Good Human

I have so much to be thankful for... This past year has been intense and humbling, but also transformative and amazing. It's all about perspective. 6 plus months ago I was laid off. It was truly a low point that filled me with anger and left me confused. I sat in those feelings for a few days, saved my receipts and used them for fuel. A little over 3 months ago I announced the launch of my company, Good Human Partners. I felt alive, scared, and that I was doing the right thing. I bet on myself and am using my two-plus decades in this industry to build a model that focuses on service, support, and custom solutions. It allows us to solve problems together and be a true partner, building that sweat equity (that term is not my favorite - may need to edit that as the more I read it, it sounds kind of gross). I appreciate all of the folks who encouraged me to go for it, clients who give me a shot with their projects, my friends and family and so many others including but not limited to MR TECH OPS, Elicit Research LLC, and StopNot Services who have been great partners along this journey. We have not had a day in the last four-plus months (pre-public launch) where we haven't been working on multiple projects. It feels incredible to say that and given our trajectory that doesn't look to be stopping anytime soon, but it is important to stop and take it all in. Thanksgiving is the perfect time for that (and to load up your plate with goodness) and I always like going around the table and sharing with everyone the people and things I am thankful for each year. This year will be extra special. What are some of the things that you are thankful for this year? And what's your favorite Thanksgiving day side?

On Tuesday, our founder AJ Keirans joined Adam Warner and his classes at Market Research Center at Seton Hall Univ. to work on Survey Design and their business projects. Fun fact: AJ was the Lead Survey Programmer for North America earlier in his career. He believes it has been such an impactful part of his career and journey, so it was great he was able to share his time and experience with the next generation of researchers.

    Be a Good Human

Yesterday was a first for me and I really enjoyed it. I had the opportunity to be a guest speaker and work with two different Market Research Classes at Seton Hall University. A few years back Claire Kuhn connected our Chapter, Insights Association - Central Atlantic Chapter with Adam Warner and it has been a great partnership ever since. I sit on the Advisory Council for the Market Research Center at Seton Hall Univ. and it was great to be able to give back in person in the classroom. Yesterday the subject matter was Survey Design and best practices. Often when we have the opportunity to reflect we are able to learn something about ourselves and knowledge of our craft. I often say given my focus on fielding and sales, that I am not a researcher but I realized quickly I know a thing or two. What I like about the program at SHU is that the students get to work with actual businesses and learn their stories, pain points, and goals to help them be successful. It was a lot of fun and I look forward to joining Adam again in the future. Shout out to H. Todd Kirby who was also part of the exciting day and brought his experience and perspective to share with the students as well. #mrx #beagoodhuman #speaker
