Last week, we hosted revenue leaders for a #RevOps After Dark networking event in San Francisco. Thank you to everyone who came out to the event and to Joseph Caputo, Jared Barol, and Sahil Aggarwal for sharing their thoughts in a discussion of "RevOps: Agree or Disagree." Some of the main takeaways from the discussion include: - The word "strategic" means different things at different company stages. Being strategic within RevOps will look different at an early-stage startup vs. a high-growth company vs. a Series D+ company, etc. - AI will likely transform junior sales roles, but how long will it take to see significant change remains to be seen. - Process adherence is a challenge for all companies of all sizes and stages Do you agree or disagree? 🤔
