“Crews working on projects with Granger Construction Company – and likely any construction crew – appreciate having a spacious, open area for staging materials. That wasn’t the case when Granger and its contractors signed on to build Michigan State University Federal Credit Union’s new branch at East Lansing’s busiest intersection. The project’s location, adjacent to existing structures and busy streets, required careful planning and execution.” Learn more about MSUFCU’s new 311 Abbot facility and the collaboration that contributed to its transformative presence in downtown East Lansing in CAM Magazine’s October special issue (pg. 10-17): https://lnkd.in/gAj-Qsic ... MSU Federal Credit Union 311 Abbot was one of 12 outstanding construction projects selected for the Construction Association of Michigan's 2024 Project Achievement Awards. Granger Construction is proud to have served as the Construction Manager for this project, alongside many talented industry partners, including Neumann/Smith Architecture.

“Mass timber construction is on the rise in Michigan and around the United States, largely because of a growing list of benefits, high demand, and a shorter construction timeline. […] One of Michigan’s largest and most prominent mass timber buildings is the STEM Teaching and Learning Facility at Michigan State University in East Lansing.” Learn more about “The Rise of Mass Timber” in the September 2024 issue of Construction Association of Michigan Magazine (pages 24 – 29): https://lnkd.in/g8KHDiqN ...
