About us

Graphcom is an unconventional marketing firm: equal parts creative studio and production powerhouse. We help tell stories that change markets, minds, and behaviors—and we do it all in-house, from strategy and branding to content, design, and secure printing and mailing. If you need a strong, reliable marketing partner to distribute sensitive data in print, we know all the requirements. Our focus is in three key areas: security, speed of service, and expertise. Security is our priority, and everyone goes the extra mile to ensure data privacy. We help healthcare providers create meaningful relationships with members, patients, staff, donors, and communities. We add an extra layer of protection that ensures your healthcare marketing is in the right hands. We’re led by Matthew Livelsberger, a Certified HIPAA Privacy Security Expert (CHPSE), who fully understands HIPAA privacy and security rules, as well as new changes to the regulation through the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act. This commitment to data security includes custom workflows, backed by breach-free systems, mailing with closed-loop controls for regulatory and SLA compliance every time, print on demand for worry-free printing, and transactional variable date for safe, effective personalization. • Join us in welcoming three new team members to the Graphcom family! Jeremy Fallinger joins us as our new Storefront Administrator. Jeremy owns a DJ business, StayTuned DJ Entertainment, and has been spinning at weddings and corporate events for over 12 years. He’s also (unfortunately) a self-proclaimed Miami Dolphins fan and once starred in a commercial for Hollywood Casino! Al Wagaman, Mailing Helper, is happily married to his wife, Chris, and they have one son who’s retired from the Air Force. Al and Chris stay busy raising their 4-year-old granddaughter while also enjoying time with their 14-year-old grandson. Al loves camping and has a soft spot for 60s Mustangs. Cassie Pennington, Mailing Helper, is the proud mom of her daughter, Elizabeth. She loves reading and spending time doing fun activities with her family. We’re so excited to have you on the team! #GrowingGraphcom #WelcomeToTheTeam #NewEmployeeAlert

Today marks an incredible achievement as we installed the Faces of 22 art collection at the Maryland State House Building. This powerful exhibit, highlighting the lives of veterans affected by suicide, will remain on display throughout this year's legislative session. A huge thank you to the Maryland Department of Veterans and Military Families for their unwavering support and advocacy in helping bring this vital exhibit to life. Your commitment to elevating the voices and stories of our veterans is truly inspiring. We were honored to meet with members of the Veteran Caucus and continue our shared mission of ending veteran suicide. Platoon 22 remains steadfast in our dedication to this cause, and this exhibit is one more step toward raising awareness and fostering meaningful change. We are also deeply grateful to our sponsor, McCaskill Financial, for their generous support of this initiative. A special thanks to Stephen Bamonti for capturing these impactful photos, and to Graphcom for their exceptional work in reprinting and framing the collection—allowing us to take this exhibit on the road and reach even more communities.

  • Where printing started... Creative VP Troy Dean recently took a trip down to The Library of Congress, where he was able to see the Gutenberg Bible on display. Johannes Gutenberg, the "father of printing," was a German inventor, printer, and publisher who is best known for developing the movable-type printing press. This machine – debatably one of the most important inventions of all time – made it much easier and faster to print books, replacing the old methods of hand-copying or block printing. His most famous work, the Gutenberg Bible, was printed around 1455. It was the first large book made with his press and showed how powerful his invention was. Gutenberg’s printing press changed the world by making books cheaper and more widely available. This helped people learn more, spread ideas faster, and kickstarted big changes like the Renaissance and the Scientific Revolution. Pretty cool if you ask us! #GraphcomLearns #PrintingPress #HistoryLesson

  • Each year, we honor one outstanding team member with our Employee Recognition Award – someone who embodies our core values: We Not Me, Can’t Stop Won’t Stop, and Forever Curious. This year, we’re thrilled to recognize Marissa Sandoe, Project Manager, for her exceptional contributions. Over the past year, Marissa has been recognized by many of her peers for her dedication, professionalism, and positivity. Here are just a few of the kind words shared: “Marissa is an absolute joy to work with. She exudes all the character traits you want in a partner: approachable, collaborative, trustworthy, and mindful.”  “Marissa is at the intersection of multiple departments and clients who all rely on her expertise, and she handles it seamlessly and professionally. She’s patient and kind, even when having questions thrown at her left and right.”  “Marissa always has a positive attitude and a ‘client first’ mindset. I can always count on her.” “Marissa is the definition of We Not Me and Can’t Stop Won’t Stop! She is always willing to jump in and help any team member, no matter the department.” Marissa, thank you for being an inspiring example. You make Graphcom a better place every day! #EmployeeRecognition #TeamLove

  • Meet the new faces of Graphcom! Marianna Fernbaugh, FFFX Project Manager, brings many years of experience in color guard, drum corps, and theater. She has two dogs, Tucker (a beagle coonhound) and Ozzy (a Shih Tzu-Bichon mix), who are comically different in size. She earned her degree in dance and musical theatre from a conservatory program in New York City. Fun fact: Marianna once had a remarkable streak, winning 23 radio contests in one year. Robby Emory, Mailing Helper, is a cat person and recently adopted his third cat in November. He enjoys muscle cars, racing of all kinds, and listening to death metal. In his free time, he loves driving his Mustang GT, which he got in October. We’re glad to have you both on our team! #MeetTheTeam #NewEmployeeAlert
