We are excited to OFFICIALLY launch into our Ignite 2024 Total Resource Campaign today, September 26th. The Ignite Campaign is here to change history for the Greater Dalton Chamber, allowing our members to have full control over where their investments go throughout 2025! In the past, when a member decided to invest in a sponsorship, their dollars went into a general pool that helped fund the Chamber’s programs and initiatives. Now, the member can directly fund the programs and initiatives that best serve their business goals and passions while being offered brand-new marketing opportunities in return. These opportunities range in price and purpose, making them perfect for businesses of all sizes! Want to learn more? Visit daltonchamber.org and click under the ‘How to Grow’ tab. You’ll be able to see the endless opportunities that have never before been available to our members. If something speaks to you and your business goals, call the Chamber or comment below, and we’ll get you in touch with one of our amazing volunteers who will be helping us match businesses with the right opportunities for them! Don’t wait! The Ignite 2024 Campaign wraps up on November 21st, 2024, so jump on this chance to set your 2025 goals in motion!

Our 21st Annual Business Expo is right around the corner. In almost one month, we’ll be helping around 150 businesses get themselves in front of the people who matter to their success! Participating in our Business Expo can be a game-changer for any business, small or large. You don’t have to be well-seasoned, have a lot of merchandise, or a large staff to reap benefits from this event. By simply showing up and showcasing your business to the over 800 attendees, you’ll have gotten in front of a diverse group of individuals who may have never realized they could use your services! Your booth at Expo can help raise awareness of your brand and make a lasting impression on the community. Participation in this event gives you a unique opportunity to shake as many hands as possible and answer all the right questions for your potential clients. Plus, if you DO have something to give attendees, whether branded merchandise or a yummy sample, you’ll give them something to remember you by as they continue visiting other booths. So, think of how you’d like to meet your business goals this year and then crush them at Business Expo on September 12th. You can secure your booth in the show by calling the Greater Dalton Chamber at (706) 278-7373 or sending us an email at info@daltonchamber.org Stay tuned for more information on how to maximize your time at Business Expo Blackjack✨ #businessexpo2024 #greaterdaltonchamber

Our Chamber President, Jason Mock, recently completed the Appalachian Leadership Institute. This leadership training equips participants with the skills to address Appalachia's pressing issues and enhance economic competitiveness. Despite initially feeling uncertain about his place in the program, Jason remained committed and invested, gaining invaluable insights and lifelong friendships. Now, after his graduation, he fondly recounts the past year in the program and encourages curious community members to consider taking part in this experience. Read all about the ALI program and the journey in our latest blog post on our website here: https://ow.ly/3jhB50SQjJQ
