Last week, Assemblywoman Tennille R. McCoy, MBA, MLER attended the GEO Group's North Brunswick Community Resource Center (CRC) graduation ceremony. CRCs are non-residential reentry programs that provide parolees with services and resources to aid in their transition back into the community and reduce recidivism rates. The graduation ceremony marks a major milestone in program participants' lives by recognizing individuals for their completion of the program. Congratulations to all the graduates!

Today, the New Jersey State House Commission approved the Green Acres diversion as part of the proposed onshore cable route for Atlantic Shores Project 1. We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the State House Commission, the NJ Department of Environmental Protection, the City of Atlantic City, and all stakeholders supportive of Atlantic Shores' mission of responsibly delivering clean, renewable power to the Garden State.

Our client, Fairleigh Dickinson University's President Michael Avaltroni, was featured on a panel discussion at Rowan University's Restructuring Higher Education in New Jersey; Thirty Years of Change, Future Challenges. President Avaltroni shared his thoughts about reimagining the future of higher education and building a culture based on the complementarity of all colleges and universities to meet the needs of students.

Last week, GTB Partners, LLC joined leaders and colleagues at the Time for Turbines conference to discuss the offshore wind industry and the opportunities ahead. Our client, Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind CEO Joris Veldhoven, kicked off the conference with a fireside chat to share his insights about the progress of Atlantic Shores first offshore wind project and the future of offshore wind across the Garden State. The conference also featured our client, Moira Cyphers, Director of Eastern Region State Affairs at the American Clean Power Association (ACP), who moderated a panel discussion on offshore wind transmission and the modernization of New Jersey's electric grid. 

Yesterday, GTB's client, the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, testified in front of the Senate Health, Human Services, and Senior Citizens Committee on legislation that will expand access to high-quality care for patients and children across the Garden State. #healthcare #telehealth

GTB Partners is proud to share that our client, Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind, has received federal Construction and Operations Plan (COP) approval from the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) for Projects 1 and 2. This major federal milestone will allow Atlantic Shores to begin construction of New Jersey's first offshore wind project and generate clean, renewable energy for New Jerseyans.
