In its simplest terms, Hawk-Arrow is marketing agency that marries the science of consumer research with the art of advertising and media. But more than that, we are a different agency. I know, you've heard that before, so what makes Hawk-Arrow so different? You do, well, you and your customers do. Because with each client-partner engagement, we learn something new, something that helps us make the next market study or branding campaign that much better. It is those learnings in life that help us to grow, to become stronger. Heraclitus said "the only constant in life is change". No truer words have ever been said. And while some resist it, it is that very change, that, that "diversity", which nourishes our minds and allows us to bring our best selves to work with you, our client-partner. Why Hawk-Arrow? First, hawks are pretty cool, right?!. But more importantly, a hawk in flight soars effortlessly, seemingly randomly across the sky. That flight is not random, though, it is the hawk surveying the environment--its market, if you will--gathering the information it needs. Once those insights are gathered, it zips in a straight line, much like an arrow toward its target. In much the same way, Hawk-Arrow can find the insights you need to deliver you to your target.

What a great day at the course! Approximately 100 golfers raising money to support AUSA Suncoast Chapter's 249th Army Ball next month. Delicious lunch from MISSION BBQ, an inspirational message from Leslie C. Smith, Lieutenant General, US Army retired about the impact we can all have on young people, and some great prizes. Congratulations to Jermon Bafaty for winning the gift pack Hawk Arrow donated featuring products from Tommy Bahama, Maui Jim Sunglasses and OluKai. Had the pleasure of attending Habitat For Humanity of Hillsborough County FL Inc.’s kickoff for this year’s Women’s Build. Such inspiring stories of women finding a hand UP to help take care of their families. Even more exciting is that as a community partner of AUSA Suncoast Chapter, Hawk Arrow, was able to help bring these two organizations together to work on this year’s Veterans Build as we look to help female veterans in their search for affordable housing. Looking forward to working with Marilyn Westropp, Martha Diaz, MAJ (R) MS, Callie Lupica and Nitza Rivera - MBA, CAPS on this project!

Humbled to have led yesterday's breakfast at The Portico where we fed nearly 150 persons without shelter or are in need. We had over 30 awesome volunteers who made everyone feel welcome and wanted. As I sit here keeping one eye on my turkey in the oven and the other on the football game, I am reminded of how fortunate I am and the many things I am grateful for on this day of thanks. While I have many personal blessings (beautiful family, wonderful friends, comfortable home), here I want to express how wonderful it is to have a chance to pursue my own professional path through my work with Hawk-Arrow. I am thankful for my business partners, Brian and Arlander, who are pursuing this dream with me. We appreciate the clients who have trusted us to deliver results for them--we hope your faith in us has been rewarded and we look forward to our continued relationship with you. The team at both the NMSDC and USPAACC have been very helpful and we are excited to be affiliated with both. Lastly, I am amazed by the spirit and strength of the many small business owners I have met on this entrepreneurial journey. Your friendship and generosity are boundless and you truly are the backbone of this country.
