Our annual grant cycle helps us stay connected to community, identify new grantee partners, and deepen relationships with organizations whose programs and services align with our grantmaking priorities and strategic plan. These partnerships also enable us to respond quickly to emerging needs, strategies, and crises in our service region. We're excited to introduce our 2024 grantee partners! 🤩 This year's $6.98 million general operating support investment was awarded to 46 annual partners and 32 five-year multi-year partners. All of our grantee partners' work aligns with at least one of our four grantmaking priorities that focus on supporting downstream, midstream and upstream strategies to advance #HealthEquity and #RacialEquity. In this post, we're highlighting our Access Partners! #ReimagineHealth Systemic racism, high medical costs, and lack of culturally affirming care often make comprehensive healthcare inaccessible to our region’s community members.
